This week I sit down with Joyce
Wietrecki. Joyce Wietrecki is a co-author of the book, "Overcoming
Mediocrity: Unstoppable Women." She is a strategic Talent
Management Professional in Organizational Leadership specializing
in leadership development, team building and change management. Her
expertise has been in high demand from blue-chip companies like
Walgreens, AbbVie, Reynolds Consumer Products, and Kraft Heinz
Company. She is President of her own venture, Corporate Training
Group, Inc., which combines her expertise in talent management and
executive coaching spanning over 25 years.
Joyce has worked with hundreds of leaders to improve performance
and develop them into excellent leaders, with a proven track record
of transforming managers into extraordinary leaders. Conducting
surveys, administering 360-degree feedback tools, using
self-assessments, peer assessments, and team assessments, she
provides them coaching and insight into individual, leader, and
team dynamics.
She served as a Professional Advisor for the School for New
Learning at DePaul University, served as President for the
Association for Talent Development in Chicago, and served on the
National Board of Leadership Development for ATD. Also, she is a
Certified Professional Coach.
